Priyanshu built The Tutorment from direct experience. He grew up watching students at tier-2 colleges in India, students who were sharp, motivated, and capable, get passed over in placement season not because of ability but because of access. Access to the right mentors. Access to people who could look at their resume and know what was wrong. Access to someone who had been inside a hiring room and could tell them what actually decides an offer.

That is what he built The Tutorment India Wing to provide. He has placed students from tier-3 colleges in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Bihar into product companies in Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. He has helped working engineers and MBAs move from four LPA to twelve LPA and beyond by identifying and closing the specific skill gaps that were holding them back, not by giving them a generic upskilling course, but by pairing them with someone who does the target job right now.

Priyanshu runs The Tutorment's counsellor training and sets the quality standards across every engagement. He is the reason The Tutorment does not outsource sessions to junior trainers or use pre-recorded content. Every session is live, one-to-one, and delivered by a practitioner. He holds The Tutorment to that standard because he has seen what the alternative looks like for students.

He is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and brings a direct understanding of the challenges facing students and early-career professionals from smaller cities across India, a perspective that most career platforms in India do not have.

Vipul spent years working inside the UK career system before founding The Tutorment. During that time, he watched internationally trained graduates fall at the same avoidable hurdles repeatedly. Health and Care Professions Council applications rejected for documentation errors that took ten minutes to fix. Chevening essays that had the right content in the wrong structure. PhD proposals with research gaps that were never clearly articulated. The problems were fixable. The applicants just had no one who knew the system telling them what to fix.

He is a UK Career Guidance Specialist and an Health and Care Professions Council and Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration Advisor, with a particular focus on funded postgraduate research pathways. Since founding The Tutorment in 2024, he has guided professionals through Health and Care Professions Council registration, Nursing and Midwifery Council registration, sponsored job applications, Chevening and Commonwealth scholarship applications, and funded PhD submissions at UK universities.

Before The Tutorment, Vipul worked at the intersection of recruitment and career advisory through Workingment, the UK company that now powers The Tutorment's employer relationships and market access. That background means when he says he can find a sponsored role in the UK, it carries a different weight from someone who has never been embedded in the employer side of that market.

He is based between the UK and India, which gives The Tutorment visibility on both sides of the process, what UK employers are actually looking for and what internationally trained candidates are actually struggling with.
