Salary negotiation coaching

Getting an offer is not the end of the process. Most candidates accept the first number they are given. We coach you on how to respond to an offer, what to say when they push back, and how to use competing offers or market benchmarks to anchor a higher number.

What to say when you receive an offer

We give you the exact language to use. Not "I need to think about it" which closes the door. Specific responses that open a negotiation without jeopardising the offer or the relationship with your future employer.

Benchmarking your ask

We pull current market data for your role, city, and experience level so your counteroffer is grounded in evidence rather than a personal wish. Recruiters respond to data, not to preference.

Handling the pushback

Most employers push back at least once. We prepare you for the second conversation, the one where they say the budget is fixed and you need to decide whether to hold your position or accept.

Every instructor we work with holds a current job in the field they teach. A data engineer who works at a Bangalore-based startup teaches data engineering. Not recorded courses

United Kingdom

Russell Group and post-92 universities. One-year master's programmes. Strong post-study work pathway via the Graduate Route. Indian students can stay 2 years after graduation. Scholarships available through Chevening, GREAT, and individual universities.

Australia

Under the India-Australia trade agreement, Indian students receive extended post-study work rights: 4 years after a bachelor's, 5 years after a master's, and 6 years after a doctoral programme. Group of Eight universities strong for engineering, healthcare, and business.

Canada

Best pathway to permanent residence for Indian students. Post-Graduation Work Permit covers full study duration. Canadian work experience and credentials contribute directly to Express Entry points for permanent residence applications.

Ireland

English-speaking European Union member. Home to European headquarters of Google, Meta, Apple, and LinkedIn. Graduate scheme gives 2 years after master's. Critical Skills Employment Permit leads to effectively permanent work rights after 2 years.

Scholarships available to Indian students

Chevening Scholarship. United Kingdom

United Kingdom Government scholarship covering full tuition, living allowance, and return flights. Primarily for master's degrees. Awarded for leadership potential. Applications open August each year. Extremely competitive, essay quality determines shortlisting.

GREAT Scholarship. United Kingdom

Minimum £10,000 toward tuition fees for one-year master's programmes. Joint initiative between the British Council and United Kingdom universities. India-specific programme. Apply directly to participating universities alongside your admission.

University Merit Scholarships

Most United Kingdom, Australian, and Canadian universities offer merit scholarships of 10 to 50 percent of tuition fees to strong applicants. These are rarely advertised prominently. We apply for every relevant one alongside your admission and negotiate after receiving an offer.

Australia Awards

Funded by the Australian Government for students from partner countries. Covers full tuition, living expenses, return airfares, and health cover. Highly competitive. Strong for students in development-related fields.
