The Tutorment is a career counselling service co-founded by Vipul Jain and Priyanshu Goyal. We provide one-to-one career guidance for students and professionals in the UK and India, including HCPC registration support, UK sponsored job applications, PhD guidance, campus placement coaching, and salary enhancement.

Contact Form Data

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Service of interest (HCPC, Sponsored Jobs, PhD, Campus Placement, etc.)
  • Message or description of your situation

WhatsApp Interactions

When you click our WhatsApp link or message us, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) processes your data according to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We receive your WhatsApp profile information (name, phone number) as part of the conversation. We do not control how WhatsApp processes your data.

Email and Phone

When you email us or call us, we collect the information you provide in that communication, including your email address, phone number, and the content of your message.

Website Analytics

When you visit our website, our analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) automatically collects:

  • IP address (anonymised where possible)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or search query
  • Date and time of visit

This data is anonymised and aggregated. We cannot identify you personally from analytics data alone. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out by using Google's Browser Opt-out Add-on.

  • Workingment Ltd: The Tutorment's UK employer relationships and market access are powered by Workingment. When we connect you with UK employer opportunities, relevant information (with your consent) may be shared with Workingment to facilitate job placement.
  • Service providers: Our website is hosted on Hostinger. Our analytics are provided by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We never sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Contact form submissions: Up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless you become an active client
  • Client records: For the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (as required for UK business records)
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised; retained for up to 26 months by Google Analytics
  • WhatsApp conversations: Retained on your device and WhatsApp's servers according to WhatsApp's retention policy
